After reviewing all the complaints, i also had a doubt in this company. Sales persons have urged me to book the plots and did not show the "thai patthiram" to us. Now they are not giving patta too. We paid in 2015, still not giving patta. They are training and giving extra amount to the team so they are brain washing us to buy. People, please be aware of that.. Making many calls to the company about patta, they are always saying some reasons.....

I have booked a plot in CL Nagar in Mambakkam, paid 2, 52, 000/- as advance and registration fee during May/June-207. Cancelled the booking due to a personal reason during July and raised a refund request. After so many follow up through email, phones, direct visit to the the company, they are not repaying my money, till this date the refund is not processed and I'm given a PDC's which returned without money in their bank. Please help me...

I have booked a plot in chokalingam nagar, mambakkam, plot no. 51, servey no: 305/2b, 6. The property consultant "lingam" and project manager "ashok" they came many times to my home to convince that the property is good and there is no legal issue and in case of any legal issue or i am not interested, they will refund the token money of "20k".

Note: cheque was given on 30th may 2016 for the amount of 20k for booking the plot.br...
