Customer care is too poor, and her data base is worst i loadge a complain complain no is SR0000013OJ8 it was porvided by (rajesh)some customer care employee . and told me my problame was solve with in 48 houre . the 48houre is exceed i contact the customer care some avishake was say my complain no was not match and till today my problame was not solved . i purchase a samsung mobile phone and gate a jio sim with this phone on dt. 22/8 till today (28/8) my sim was not activited and not ony can say how much time it was take.what a compani it was . i am never see this type of mobile network provider... Reliance jio customers ke sath cheating kr rhi hai.Unlimited calling or data usage bol k 100 mins. Aur 2 gb data de rhe hai. Agar aisa hi krna thaa toh bhai je sb natak kyu kr rhe ho. Plzz dont do this

I am using jio for last 2 months. But jio 4g is not at all 4g, its just like 2g, even i am not getting a 3g speed. so its clear that jio company is fooling customers.
