Jio Air Fiber — Jio Air Fiber

I have placed an order for JIO Air Fiber connection, and the order ID was NO00013FMS2B. This order was cancelled due to some technical error and they placed a new order NO00013G8IRR which was later cancelled again due to some technical error and they informed I will be getting a refund.

I have not received a single refund from Rs 2200 paid via link shared by JIO AIR Fiber representative.

Is it a scam? Is Jio company a fraud? I have never experienced this issue with any other company.
