i applied for jio air fiber connection on 21 April -26 but still installation pending and i have done payment for connection, installation date was 24 April-26. but there is no service engineer came for installation as well as local jio manager is not supporting to me for order cancelation and after cancelation refund my money. Till now there no progress or resolution for the request. many times, i call to customer care and there is no response as well as i mailed to Jio customer care.
i want to cancel this order due to very poor service and there is no support.
