Dear Sir/Madam,
On 19th of September 2025, I was reached by Jio Air Fiber Executive for ongoing offer of 2 months free connection & advanced 1200 INR security deposit in which from 3rd month 1200 deposit will be start adjusting.
Connection was expected to be installed on 24th September but since than I am continuously in touch with Customer care representatives & had called 32 times & have all call recordings saved for reference,...

I have placed an order for JIO Air Fiber connection, and the order ID was NO00013FMS2B. This order was cancelled due to some technical error and they placed a new order NO00013G8IRR which was later cancelled again due to some technical error and they informed I will be getting a refund.

I have not received a single refund from Rs 2200 paid via link shared by JIO AIR Fiber representative.

Is it a scam? Is Jio...
