I am writing to express my concern regarding my recent registration for Jio AirFiber on June 30, 2025. I paid Rs. 1111 for the registration, but it has been three days, and I have not been contacted by your team. Additionally, I have been unable to reach any Jio Care representatives for a status update or follow-up. The customer care numbers provided do not offer an option to speak with a human representative, which has been frustrating and time-consuming.
Given these circumstances, I would like to cancel my service registration and request a refund of my payment. Unfortunately, I have not found any options for cancellation or refund on your platform.
