1. getting only 15mbps max internet speed. on average i'm getting only 6-7 mbps speed. Promised is 30mbps
2. problem persists from day 1

From past 8 days my internet is not working..I submitted a request calling jio care. They have been assigning the technician. But my jio portal doesn't have contact details of technician. Is like they are creating delusion..of fooling customer. Only schedule date and tech name will pop up..but technician never visited.i have already spent 6-7 hrs talking to jio team. But they promise tech will come now, today tomorrow..but no body showed up.. instead tech had closed they request 2 times without giving service. Jio internet service is fooling people.when the time of taking connection 5-6 people called me and came 2nd day to install...but when providing service no one is visiting...
