Jio Fibre — Bad installation and support

Hi,
I am writing here because I am totally fed up with the service provided during the new fibre connection installation and the salesman made some fake agreement with me during the new connection.I called him many times and I have Whatsapp chat also he used to assure me on every call that he will provide solution by EOD or tomorrow.but since last week he is not even picking up my call.

On 2nd Oct'24, I called JIo customer care and described my problem to the CC agent but when I called again for the status of my request I got to know that my query is closed from the back end.

I was totally surprised, no one called me from JIO even though my problem is still there, how my complaint got closed without resolution.

I request JIO to take necessary action.So that I can get proper response and solution.
