I had to disconnect my Jio Fibre prepaid connection due to some issues. They were supposed to pickup the router and refund the security deposit of Rs 1500 after 3 days of disconnection. I bought jio fibre on 10 february 2022 and paid Rs. 2475 for 3 months. The internet never worked so i opted for disconnection and money refund.

I have been using jio fibre for more than year now but their turn around time at the time of complaint is extremely poor and they dont give a damn to what the customer is facing. All they are concerned about the payment in advance. They will not even give a grace period of a day when it cones to payment.
