Jio Fibre — Omplaint against Jio for prolonged internet service disruption, deficiency in service and non-response to compensation request

I would like to file a complaint against Jio Internet Services regarding the prolonged disruption of my internet connection and the unsatisfactory handling of my complaint.

My Jio internet connection remained non-functional for approximately 30 days. During this period, I raised several complaints and regularly followed up with the customer support team. Despite repeated requests and follow-ups, the issue was not resolved within a reasonable time.

After a long wait of nearly 30 days, the connection was finally restored. However, I faced considerable inconvenience during this period as I was unable to use a service for which I had paid.

As compensation for the prolonged disruption and inconvenience caused due to the delayed resolution, I requested Jio to provide a one-month complimentary recharge/subscription extension. Unfortunately, despite raising this request and following up with the company, I have not received any proper response or resolution regarding my compensation request.

I believe that the prolonged interruption in service, repeated complaints, unreasonable delay in resolving the issue, and failure to respond to my compensation request amount to deficiency in service.

Therefore, I request the concerned authority to kindly intervene and direct Jio to:

Provide appropriate compensation for the prolonged period during which the internet service remained disrupted.

Consider my request for a one-month complimentary subscription/recharge extension as compensation for the inconvenience caused.

Provide a proper written response and explanation regarding the delay in resolving my repeated complaints.

Take appropriate action to ensure that consumers do not face similar delays and inconvenience in the future.

I am attaching relevant complaint details, communication records, and follow-up emails as supporting documents.

I request an early resolution of this matter.
