I want to inform you that i above said no port from idea to jio in july.in august last i got information from jio that i had pending bill rs. 561.89/- which due date was 12th sep 2019.
I had paid the bill on 11th sep. 2019. Receipt no[protected]. Dated[protected] account no.[protected]. Against this my phone ([protected]) got permanent deactivate. While i as using this no from last 15 yrs. For other it would be only no., but for me it was every thing. It was my professional no.in every co/institute/business tycoon had my this no. Secondly in all financial group had my this no only.
When i approached in jio regarding reactivate it they said my previous operator (Idea) gave instruction to terminate this no due to non billing. (While i deposited my outstanding amount before my due date (Receicpt already attached for your kind reference.
When i approached to idea they said they told to barred the no due to some pending dues which is calculated on daily basis.)
But when we received the payment there is no any pending issues.
When again i approached jio they ignore me and continuously sending same mail that once no. Got permanently disconnect
You are requested that please provide appropriate solution for this
