The above order jio Mart failed to deliver still after confirmation made by them. The complete payment was made through upi in advance along with the order. But still they did not supply the ordered items.
Still after repeated complaints against complaint registration customer care people they use failed to refund the amount.
When put the matter to their chat section they have started making vague argument just wasting our time.
On the one hand still after confirmation they failed to delivered the order and on the other hand they are making non ending excuses over chat to refund the amount. Seriously punisheable under the consumer protection act 2023 for heavy compensation for all the harassment we have to face.
