[Resolved]  Jio Mart — Wrong product

6th July'23 for 2 nos. of Everest Sambhar masala" @ Rs.70.00, total Rs.140/-.
The same order has been delivered late on 13th, but instead of Everest Sambhar masala", CATCH Sambhar masala" was delivered.
However on bill, Everest Sambhar masala is written.
I have already lodge my complaint on 17.07.2023 by telephonic and ticket has been generated.
it is with in time. on Company portal, it has written that any type of means is accepted.
It means with in 7 days, I made the complaint. First information is the proof of lodging the complaint.
then formality is going on for resolution.
I am getting the punishment against the mistake of JIO Mart team ( not supplying the correct product).

Company are expecting from me, that every time I will check the mail. They have not called me for the same, however mistake is JIO.

It's mistake of JIO team. supplying the product / order late, also breaching the contract.
After accepting order & prepare of bill for Everest, JIO have supplied CATCH product.
Then JIO have also breach the Contract of Sale.
I'm requesting to JIO, to Replace my defect product at the earliest.
But they are replacing and hareshing me to Write a mail for not change.
Matter is long pending from more then 1 month.
