Delivery delay issue
Hi,
I order grocery from Jiomart as promise date for delivery was 16 may 2024 during order but not delivered yet and even they not cancelling order as well and holding my hard earned money.
I complained them through mobile as well written but there is no resp from them.

Shipment delivered late
I have placed a order from jio mart on 15th March of 30000rs and it was suppose to be delivered on 19th March but today it's 24th March still my order is not been delivered. I tried calling to customer care multiple times and no proper response from them, they are not ready to give proper solution to my problem and simply one customer care person is saying it will be delivered as soon as possible. I also tried reaching out to the *Delhivery* service agent also they are very much careless simply saying the order is not yet reached to their place but for me it's showing it's already reached my location. Waste of time for me to connect with multiple people for one order delivery. I was thinking that I have placed a order in a reputed platform but got bad experience. I wanted to get this issue to be noticed by people and they should not face problems like me. Please resolve my issue.

Order delayed and no proper response from Jio Mart side

I placed an order on 16th August, the estimated delivery date was 21st August. When I checked their app on 22nd August, the delivery date changed to 23rd August, again when I checked on 23rd August delivery date changed to 24th August. Day by day the status is getting changed to next day.
I even called Jio Mart's customer care, but they don't provide proper response or update about the order. They say that they'll take your complaint and within 24-48 hours it will get resolved, but it has been more than 10 days since I placed the order. Customer care executives are being very irresponsible. They don't even know the status of the order, they say that you need to wait, you'll get your order as soon as possible. There is no proper information on why the order is getting delayed by your delivery partner. Despite calling them 5-7 times, even they say I can’t cancel the order until I receive it. I'm totally fed up with their response. Kindly look into this issue and resolve it at the earliest.

6th July'23 for 2 nos. of Everest Sambhar masala" @ Rs.70.00, total Rs.140/-.
The same order has been delivered late on 13th, but instead of Everest Sambhar masala", CATCH Sambhar masala" was delivered.
However on bill, Everest Sambhar masala is written.
I have already lodge my complaint on 17.07.2023 by telephonic and ticket has been generated.

I had ordered for godrej groundnut cooking oil of 15 litre pack and found that the product was near to expiry date and after so many hassles the product was picked up after 15 days of complain but since one month has been passed after the pick up I haven't received replacement or refund till date which is really very shocking to me.

Non delivery of ordered items - Missing items

I have ordered items vide order no.[protected]A on 14th June 2023 and it was scheduled to be deliver on 16th June 2023 being a already paid order.
On 17th delivery executive came for delivery and he delivered few items and most of the items were missing.
I made complain for the same on 17th June vide Call Ticket[protected] but no response and started showing resolved.
Once again made a complaint on 21st June 2023 vide Call Ticket[protected] and no response and started showing resolved on 25th June 2023.
Once again sent a mail to [protected]@giomart.com on 24 followed by reminder mail again on 26th June 23 including [protected]@giomart.com but every time the write we are working and need some time.
I also proposed them to provide CCTV footage for delivering items but they refused.
Now its ongoing process i.e. we write every week and they reply that they are working and take some time.
Feeling helpless and cheated by Giomart.

Damaged product

I had ordered godrej groundnut cooking oil of 15 litre worth Rs 2859 on 5 th June 2023 and was delivered on 8th June 2023 and found that the product was near to expiry date. Product has shelf life of 9 months and already 6 months have been passed away. More than 10 times I have emailed at [protected]@jiomart.com, called at toll free number and also complained at the jio mart app but trust me not even a single phone call or message from the Jio mart team have been received. It's really very ashaming. Kindly check the expiry date of the all the products at the time of delivery.

Not taking rerun product hence not working

Have ordered a boat speaker and it’s delivered last Sunday .while testing it’s not working properly not delivering proper sound lesser than mobile phone speaker sound .
I initiated return product on the same day but they are not taking return.

Delaying the order and no response from the customer support
I ordered an electronic item(phone)worth of 1 lakh 28thousand on May 7th from jio mart, the delivery date was on May 8th.
But on 8th, the status got changed to 9th. Day by day the status is getting changed to next day. Today, 10th May sometime ago delivery status has changed to 11th May.
I have raised an complaint with the jio customer support, but there is no proper response on the status and the delivery date. Except, they just say they will deliver at the earliest as it is the premium product.
I am really disappointed with jio mart service. Being a reputed company, I had a belief that the product will be delivered on time.
I have been repeatedly calling the jio customer support for the status of the order and frustrated hearing them saying the same things that they are not sure of the status and asking us to wait.
Kindly respond and help me getting the product delivered as I had ordered from hip mart only because I will receive it before an special occasion, which was yesterday.
This is so unfair. Please sort this issue

TV delivered on 24th Apr 2023 but still installation pending since more than 7 days

Hi,
I ordered MI 81.28 cm (32 inch) HD Ready LED Smart TV, 4A Pro, ELA4638IN from Jio mart and it got delivered on 24th Apr 2028. Also installation was supposed to be done on same day. But I am still waiting for the person who will do the installation and will give a demo. It's more than 7 days but still didn't they didn't come or any call for they are coming for installation.
I already raised comaplaint on 27th Apr if possible please do the same day installation. But I got a reply that it will be done within 72 hours.
I called in customer service multiple times and everytime they say, it will be resolved in 72 Hrs.
But it's more than 7 days and they haven't taken any action yet.
Now I am not able to return this order because as per the policy it should be return before 5 days. Don't know this is their strategy to say this will be solved within 72 hours and didn't response from them till 7 days and then user can't return products due to their policy it should be return in 5 days.
I am requesting you take strict action on this.

Tab mene jio customer care me call kiye tha wo log bola Phonepay per Baat kro mene phonepay per ticket raise kiye tha to woha se reply aya ha payment ease buzz me hogiya ha.

Cancelling my order without my concern.
I have ordered flower pot with the qauntity of 20 per order,
on the exact time i got confirmation status on whats app and text messsage about complete order detail. next day i checked order status on the jio mart app, its show 1 quantity with 0 amount payable (in short they cancel my order and didnt inform me)
Then i called customer care and told them about whole situation, they were saying that there is no order showing in your account, i gave them order id still they did not bother to give the right reason, they know order is cancelled thats why they keep telling mw to do the order again but product is out of stock now.
this type of things common now a days, they are fooling the customers

Damaged / Used product (Smart watch)

On receipt of the product I uploaded the damaged/ used product of the smart watch, I received.
I was busy for 1 wk with Government Assembly-related office work and during that time I didn't pick up any unknown or junk calls.
On the basis of nonreceipt of call, they rejected my return picked up
I called Jio Mart Customer Care on 6th March and in that response, I got call for submitting the serial number of the product for resolving the issue. In that connection, I had submitted the product box details mentioning the various numbers including serial numbers also.
After submitting all the details, I got a call from the Jio Mart representative that they will arrange the pickup, and the same will be reflected in the Mobile App order part but such a thing was not happening.
Then after I called customer care on 11th and 19th March also and mentioned all the things. After discussing each time they commit a positive resolution of the issue but every time they sent two mail 1) mentiong that they working on the issue and will resolve it and 2) the issue was resolved (which means the return was rejected due to non-acceptance of the call)
Even today morning they have sent such two emails in regards to my 19th March Telephonic conversations and today's Email conversations.
The call they are telling me that I didn't pick up was for the requirement of product serial number which I had already provided on 6th /7th March 2023 as per the discussion held with the Jio Mart representative.
After submitting all the required things as they need there should not be a question for not pickup of the damged/ used product and refund for the same but they are not doing so.
I feel that they are not interested to get back the damaged and used product sent to me and spending the time with only E-mail correspondences.
I feel cheated by Jio Mart. In this connection You are requested to do needful in this regards and provide me justice and refund of the product which I got in used or damaged form.

It is related to a order number[protected]A and shipment number[protected]J which was ordered on 11th February 2023.
Item in the pack was edible item and shipped thru Delhivery. Item shipped from the manufactured on 13th and delayed for 3 days at their Coimbatore hum and then another three days after reaching the final destination.
Requested to issue the refund and there is no response from customer care.

I ordered a fashion item from jiomart on 4th Feb, 2023 through an online payment. The estimated delivery date was on 10th Feb, 20023. Till now I haven't received the product. The order delivery status is changing day by day. I raised many complaints from 10th October onwards. I'm calling customer care every 2nd day and asking for order status. They are saying they can't give a confirmation on the order date. They are not providing any reason for the delay. They are saying that they don't have direct contact with the seller to know where the order has reached and every time they ask me to wait for 48hrs. No action has been taken till now. I ordered from jiomart in a belief that it is a reputed company and it comes under your prestigious company Reliance Retail. But now I have lost my trust in Jiomart. Customer care service is not responsible. They are not sure about the delivery date or status. I'm really stressed, wasting my time calling customer care to ask about the order status all the time. I haven't got any updates till now.
Requesting you to please take immediate action on this issue.

Most horrible delivery service first thing delivered 0n 28 then shifted to 29 and shifted 30again shifted to 31 and customer care service like voice recording mail repeated same thing everyday I will never say go for jio mart and it happened in metro City gurugram I can't imagine there service in small cities

Incorrect product delivered and refusal to register and rectify the complaint

This is related to the Order Number[protected]W that was placed via Jio Mart on 14th Jan 2023 for Notlih Pistachios Green Pista 250G*2 (500G). We received the package on 20th Jan 2023 at 07:17 pm.
However, when we opened the packaging on Sunday i.e. 22nd Jan 2023 we realized that the product is incorrect and have received 1 packet of 500 gm Mixed dry fruits instead of 2*250 gm of pistachios. We tried to
raise the complaint via the portal first but were unsuccessful. Following this, we reached out to customer care but were stunned to learn that the return window is only 48 hrs and there is no provision to lodge any complaint regarding this matter. We even spoke to the senior of the customer service executive but again to no avail. They are refusing to accept their mistake and log our complaint
Clearly, you would realize that we have been duped and we feel cheated that a big brand like Jio Mart is behind this in framing policies that is skewed in favor of the third party vendors and leaving their loyal customers in the lurch. To highlight this, let me reiterate that while they allow vendors to deliver their products more than a week later but expect their customers to lodge a complaint within a 48 hrs window including weekends.. I am extremely disappointed and aggrieved and
feel short changed at this unfair trade practice.
All the relevant photos of the product were sent across and the delivered packet clearly mentioned Mixed dry fruits while the bill and invoice continues to mention Green Pistachios 2 * 250 gm which is a clear case of cheating customers... Just imagine ordering sugar and receiving salt instead - and literally adding salt to the wound by refusing to acknowledge and rectify..

I even called Jio Mart's customer care, they don't provide proper response or update about the order.They say that they'll take your complaint and within 24-48 hours it will get resolved, but it has been more than 7 days since I placed the order. Customer care executives are being very irresponsible they don't even know the status of the order, they say that you need to wait, you'll get your order as soon as possible. There is no proper information on why the order is getting delayed. Despite calling them for 5-7 times, I'm totally fed up by their response. Kindly look into this matter and resolve at the earliest.

I have purchased electric kettle from jio Mart application but delivered product wasn't working so I requested for return on same day .. after 2 days later, I got a phone call from jio Mart .. they talk about my return and I request them for return.. but after the call, I received a message that my return was rejected ! I was socked .. please help me

These people haven't given me any answer yet. No refund has been given nor have I received my parcel. I am mentally disturbed since 1 month and these people have wasted a lot of my time due to which my studies have become very difficult and I am very upset because of my studies. Now I want that strict action should be taken against them.
I want a claim 4x of total amount because I have wasted a lot of time. I have lost my mind. I don't understand what you mean. what am i doing What am I saying because how can I give so much money. I am student How did I arrange so much money and these people are not understanding.

I had purchased iPhone 13 from your website Jio Mart but order automatically cancelled same day on 30 September. when i called customer care they told me these is system issue. and they initiate refund and it will take 7 working days but now its been 31 days still i'll not get refund from them.
