I had purchased iPhone 13 from your website Jio Mart but order automatically cancelled same day on 30 September. when i called customer care they told me these is system issue. and they initiate refund and it will take 7 working days but now its been 31 days still i'll not get refund from them. My Credit card bill generate of that amount and i missed the due date and they charged me extra charges. I will fed up from Jio Mart and not get any help from them. worst service ever. why it takes so much time for refund how slow you process are.
