Complaint marked as Resolved I have 3 prepaid plans for Jio mobile. 1.5 GB in the base plan for 239, 2GB add on & 200 mb. Today ie 18th June 2023 it shows all are exausted. When I checked it shows data usage at 1:00 AM, 1.5 GB data usage at 7 A.M and so on. I never use internet at these hours. So how they have deducted? The mobile data usage as per my mobile settings is also not matching. I have attached a screen shot.Jio is very difficult to contact. I can't speak also to a customer care executive. So I am lodging a complaint. Please help solving my issue.
