I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the extremely poor service I have received regarding my Jio Fiber relocation request. It has now been almost one month since I submitted the request, and there has been no resolution till date.
For the past month, I have been unable to use my Wi-Fi, which has completely disrupted my online work, security camera system, and other essential digital activities. When someone applies for a new connection, your engineers call almost immediately. But when it comes to relocation, we are forced to call customer care repeatedly, and still, nothing gets resolved.
Every time I call, I’m given different excuses — sometimes I’m told, “It will be done tomorrow, ” or “We’re escalating it to the engineer.” But that “tomorrow” has never come. I fail to understand why such a basic service request is being delayed for so long.
One particular incident was extremely unprofessional — a customer service representative told me he would transfer the call to a senior and then kept me on hold for nearly an hour, without any response. I had to disconnect the call myself. This behavior is completely unacceptable.
