With the outage of internet of our Jio Fiber on 02-Jan-2026, technician visit was scheduled for the same day for Request ID- SR00002ILAS0, however the technician visited next day. The problem was temporarily solved and the technician asked the OTP to which we co-operated. Just in a meantime the internet went off again against which called up the same technician multiple times. After getting fed up as the person did not answer a single call, second complaint bearing Request ID- SR00002W0BTB to which a different technician was allocated, however after some time later the same earlier technician was allocated on my Jio App. After calling multiple time for the scheduled time between 17.00 hrs - 18.00 hrs on 03-Jan-2026, he did not even pick up a single call. After this I was mentally harassed by the customer care team and did not find resolution even after speaking for almost 30 mins nor could connect with the technician. After this I got a message to reschedule the visit and was shocked to see that it was on my request to reschedule the same. Kindly treat this urgent and make necessary arrangements as such unethical practice from Jio is not expected. Also I have paid for the Jio Fiber internet in advance for the entire year. So, as a customer I feel cheated and harassed as no proper response is there from Reliance Jio. I request Jio to refund my entire amount against such deficiency in service and additional compensation against such mental harassment.
