I am facing continuous issues with my Jio AirFiber service. The service team is not responding on time and there is always unnecessary delay in resolving problems. Even after raising complaints, no proper action is taken and the response is extremely slow. This is causing serious inconvenience in my daily work and studies.
It has been 10 days since I registered my complaint (Complaint Number: SR000034C27D). The service engineer advised me to take a new AirFiber connection (Order Number: NO0001D2BDHS), which I agreed to. However, the very next day, the new connection also stopped working.
At present, neither the service engineer is answering my calls nor is the company providing any proper support or updates. This clearly reflects poor service quality, lack of responsibility, and negligence towards customers.
I request you to take immediate and strict action on this matter and resolve my issue at the earliest.
