I am facing continuous issues with my Jio AirFiber service. The service team is not responding on time and there is always unnecessary delay in resolving problems. I have got a New jio Airfiber connection, and from frist day the voice call is not working.
I have raised the complaint to Jio on 28th Aug for the same, but Jio team is closing the request without resolving it.
Also I have dropped a mail to appellate.[protected]@jio.com but still no resolution.
As I am not getting the full-service, i have asked JIo to either fix the issue or deactivate the connection with refund...

I previously had a Jio Fiber connection at my old address, but after moving to a new location 6 km away, I found that Jio Fiber is not available. I requested a new Jio Airfiber connection (Order No: NO000112OVHQ) on June 11, 2024. However, there has been no update on the installation status. Additionally, I requested the cancellation of my Fiber connection and asked for the amount to be adjusted as a voucher for the new connection.
