im trying last four day morning 9 to evening 4... no one pick up the call

I heard that jipmer hospital bought new machine for kidney stone removing without surgery . Because myself having kidney stone size of 18 mm . So I want to know to remove the stone without surgery .

Myself also send my scan report to one of the jipmer doctor through whatsup getting introduced by online through your landlines . The doctor also not responding

So according to me please arrange some doctors for consultation, because allover india people cannot come to jipmer for consulting . Myself ready tp pay also My nobile number : [protected]

I would like to inform you that I made an enquiry on[protected] at 10:42am to [protected] regarding Cardiac related treatment like tests, surgery charges are free or chargeable. The lady who picked the call and she said she knows only Tamil language and I spoke to her in Tamil.She told me to come to casuality and check the details. I told her am calling from Chennai and its not possible to come to Pondicherry now for just an enquiry. Once I got the confirmation about the treatment is chargeable or not then I can come to hospital along with the patient.But I heard she made fun of me with one male colleague and laughing and told me to come after Covid. Did your staff knows when the Covid will end then please share with the public via media also. Also I asked her did I shared any comedy with you to laugh, she and her colleague literally insulted me and I have call recording for the same. All your landline enquiry numbers are not working. I dont understand why you kept that lady who knows only Tamil language, then people who can't speak Tamil how they will communicate with her and get the details and avail treatment?Finally she told me that she don't have time to speak with me and disconnected the line. I can share the call records in social media and also to PM cell for further action.

We are went four times in emergency ...just they are trying to gave ... partime care ...they need not to cure the problem ., ...in permanent way ...they telling that they have protocol ...they only follow that they need not care any emergency ...and gave tritment ...they referred us opd ...they gave date for scan ...we need to wait for that date ...if the patient dead in meanwhile they don't forther ...I know if I have came with recomentition with the staff in this hospital I have got better tritment ...I need to compliment reg this ...in person ...if possible call me I come and told u ...I aslo gave u in writing every thing ...

Firsutrula mri scan very danger

1.They ask you to come 2 days before the test report. If the day comes, they say come and report
2.Patients are told to come once in 2 days even if they have to travel 500km. There is no point in coming, say come to the next day
3.Working for something duty. Not working intentionally .. will lose respect for doctors by these people

please kindly do needful

1.Treating less with respect
2.Female attendants with patients who cannot even walk are not allowed
3.Behaving harshly
4.Telling the doctor to get the signature, asking the doctor to say that it has nothing to do with us
5.Distracting patients

Please hire another good PERSONS

On Jan 10th Sunday evening around 6 pm in CLR delivery ward there will be a two duty nurses who registering the patient details. Once I entered into the ward they have asked silly and abuse below questions
Why don't you choose hospital in your city and are you people thinking the jipmer hospital is a dustbin to come here and worst behavior to patients... stupid ladies..please take actions on those two nurses ... they are malayalies why they are working in jipmer instead of staying in their native kerala... I too have words to scold at that time but I was quite because that was my delivery time...

Patient need 2 more weeks service in surgery dept as per imunology dept but surgery dept jr doct are not providing but evethough immunology dept says patient needs 2 more weeks based on patient condition. Please do the neeful to provide bed ASAP, thy are waiting in surgery dept with patient.

Today 18/01/2021 evening around 6.30 pm ward no 31, 2nd floor old building, diabetic foot patient ward, sweeping lady scolding all attendants by using bad words, all are here with already in sad condition. She is increasing the sadness among us. She is comparing our Ward with some other ward regarding the cleanliness. Please kindly advise the lady. Thanking you

Lungs opd contact number is not reachable. Tried calling given number many times. No go. So please look into this matter immediately as it is very important. Please make that number available to call and book appointment to see doctor.

I'm dr satheesh k v from nagapattinam. I had applied for jipmer mdms entrance 2019. While paying the application fee, money got deducted the first time, but the transaction failed. I waited for some time, but the transaction status was still failed. So, to be in the safer side, i paid again. The initially deducted amount has not been refunded to my account till now. It has been 8 months. I had tried calling jipmer office regarding the issue, but got no response in return. Please take necessary actions to refund the amount - rs 1614.16 debited on 19.09.2019 and the image mentioning my account number and the transaction id is attached herewith.

I kindly request u sir to refund asap.

I filled jipmer pg entrance form for december 19 session for which money was deducted thrice through internet banking for single application.

Inspite of so many mails and call money of rs 3228 (2 transactions 1614 each) has not been refunded yet.4 month have passed very bad response from jipmer.

Please help me in getting my refund back. Highly unsatisfied.

We went to emergency ward at 02/06/2019, 10am... Doctors enquiry has and told to go to room no 7 at emergency block for clean up and dressing... Then we went to room no 7, but they said we won't do and also said that you would go to opd... But we said this is emergency that's why we come here and also in opd they said to come saturday because doctors for your case is available at saturday only... That's why we came here for emergency... But they continuously telling that we doesn't do here... After long conversation we return without any treatment... Plz take necessary action for room no 7 emergency block...

I have admitted my father in jipmer for last two days for brain operation which has been caused by sudden fell from upstairs. They did the operation but not providing the treatment well. They telling us to vacate the bed as it going to be allocated for new person, commitment made by recommendation. How we can vacate the bed without treatment within 2 days of operation. My father is not yet opened the eyes. Please take necessary action as they are forcing us

On this date i went for counseling at dermatologist department, there the staff named mr. Srinivasan (Attender) he and his behavior to patients is totally disappointing (Verbal abuse, bad manners), he ruined my day.
Other then that each and every thing like ambience, doctors treatment every thing must be highly appreciated.
