I am bubly nanda..
I was registering for jipmer 2018.
On march 23rd 2018.. I used net banking for online payment of rs 1513.28 twice.. Both the times the amount got deducted from my account but the payment was not confirmed on the site..

My 2 transaction reference numbers are-

Igadedtkm8 for rs.1513.28 on 23-mar-18 08:29

Igadedtat0 for rs.1513.28 on 23-mar-18 08:20

It has been nearly a month and the total amount of rs 3026.56 has not yet been refunded to my account..
Its a serious matter, kindly look into it and solve the matter at the earliest possible..

JIPMER customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I made the JIPMER application fee payment yesterday and got the message from the bank too that the payment was successful but when I logged into jipmer account it said that the payment is not done yet. Since this is the last day of application filling processes, please give me a quick reply. Is there any change that can be made? Please reply fast!

    I have registered for jipmer entrance 2018, but after finishing through net banking payment made of rs.1513.28 on 21.03.2018 vide reference no.[protected]igaddxfkn6 and one more time net banking payment made of rs.1513.28 vide reference no.[protected]igaddxdof5, the amount have been deducted twice, but application has not accepted.       My name is amritha suresh. On march 21 and 22 of this year i had applied for jimper mbbs entrance examination. My user id is 167695. My email id on application is [protected]@gmail.com. I transfered the required money through internet banking, (Below this mail i am attaching the transaction id of both transactions.) but, during that time due to some technical error the transfered money didn't process, and it debited from my account twice. And when i enquired the authorities, they told me that there will be refund, and my money will be soon credited. I waited till now but there is no refund. And i have lost 3026 rupees. So sir i kindly request you to consider my problem into your consideration. And i hope you will refund my money as early as possible.

        Sir,
        I am a candidate who had registered for jipmer 2018 exam. I had successfully registered and had also submitted the fees of rs 1500 online, but still my page was showing that i haven't done any payment and then i paid again. It went well.
        Sir, but i have still not been refunded the money detucted first time.
        Please take necessary action to rectify the problems in the transaction.

          Respected sir,

          I bharath vattekunta applied for mch july 2018 (Application no 1651) on 23/03/2018... While paying through sbi internet banking my transaction was failed twice but amount debited from my account 1614/- rupees each time and till i didn't get my refund..

          Few days later i paid again through sbi internet banking for my friend application dm july 2018 on 26/03/2018 (Application no 2790) which was also failed again amount of 1614/- but didn't get my refund... Kindly look into this matter

However, i am very sorry to realise that i had uploaded my image without a banner of my name and date.                       An amount of rs. 1513.28 was debited from my bank account. But the jipmer site said, payment not yet made. Subsequently, made another payment.
                      For the second payment also, amount deducted from my bank account.
                      The site said, payment not yet received.
                      When contacted the payment gateway provided citrus, i have got the message that i should take up the matter with jipmer.
                      I sent a mail to jipmer, no response.
                      The message i got from citrus is "your transactions [protected] and [protected] processed on 22/03/2018 and 23/03/2018 for rs.1513.28/- and rs.1513.28/- are successful transactions."

                        I have filled the jipmer mbbs entrance exam application form and remitted the fee of rs.3026/- towards application registratioin. But after the fee is taken by bank there was no acknowledgement from jipmer regarding the fee payment and registratioin.:name of candidate : sai supriya vaigunta moorthy

The transaction was successful and debited from his account but my application was not updated for payment.. I also checked for any refund had made to my father's account but not.                                 I filled up form for jipmer 2018. My account was twice debited of rs 1211. But the form could not be completed.

                                I should get back my paid money 1211.00 ([protected], sbi net banking guwahati airport branch, 03776) and 1211.00 ([protected], sbi net banking guwahati airport branch, 03776).

                                I am yet to receive my money back in my account
