Jipmer — Inability to download admit card and unusual problem in application form.

I had applied for jipmer mbbs entrance exam on 28th March, 2017 and paid the mandatory fees of RS. 1200 (+ RS. 11 tax) at 22:05 PM
Even though I got an SMS from my bank regarding the amount paid, I didn't get any acknowledgement mail from jipmer. But I thought that was typical procedure and so I didn't think much about it, as I was sure I would be able to login with my ID and password when admit cards were released.
Moreover I had upload my picture but i dont know how some other picture is being displayed in the application form.
Now when I logged in to download the admit, it says that I haven't paid the fees. And I am trying again and again this since a week or so.
