Lost my user id and password for jipmer entrance 2017

Myself sheenum mongia... I appleid for the jipmer ug entrance exam 2017 and submitted all essential documents and fees successfully
The user id and password that you sent me through gmail was automatically got saved in spam folder and after 30 days it delete automatically.. Now i lost my id and password..
