Jipmer — money transaction

Sir/madam, on Sep 15 i applied for jipmer md/ ms entrance examination.my application number is 14262.during the online payment initially when I was doing through my sbi debit card, it showed as failed transaction.so later on i did the payment through sbi net banking (Transaction Ref No IGACAHCFF9 for Rs.1500.0 on 15-Sep-17 12:07).
But later on I received a msg from state bank again deducing amount of 1511(SBI Debit Card 459XX3347 for a purchase worth Rs1511.8 on POS [protected] at MOPSBIDRCARD txn#[protected].
For the same application 14262 two transactions happened.i lost the money two times.pls consider this issue and do the needful.
