Jipmer — non receipt of amount 1211.00 against non completion of jipmer online form fillup

I filled up form for jipmer 2018. My account was twice debited of rs 1211. But the form could not be completed.

I should get back my paid money 1211.00 ([protected], sbi net banking guwahati airport branch, 03776) and 1211.00 ([protected], sbi net banking guwahati airport branch, 03776).

I am yet to receive my money back in my account

Or pls let me know the process of reimbursement as soon as possible
