Jipmer — payment failed

Dear Sir,

I have made payment to JIPMER online and website has been timed out but money deducted from my account
and showed successful transaction. But when I log in JIPMER again it showed payment not received and I
need to make payment to submit the Application. I tried to call your customer care without sucess

My transaction details are as below:

6 26/03/2018 BIL/[protected]/JIPMER FEE/JIPM01180301 Dr. 1, 513.28

I would like to request yo to take further necessary action to resolve this issue ASAP.

What should I do to receive back my money.

My user id 1232277
I have made payment of ₹1211 on 22nd March 11:15 pm through the net banking of SBI bank the payment was successful and money was deducted from my bank account but the iob gateway didn't redirect it said too long to respond
And when I logged on to jipmer website it says payment not made please help us.
