Jipmer — payment for application form made but not accepted

I applied for the jipmer mbbs 2018 on[protected]. I have made the payment twice of rs 1513 and the total amount of 3026 was also deducted from the bank account but still the registration is not yet completed and is showing the payment as failed. Please inform me as to how am i supposed to register for the same and also about the refund of the previous made payment.
