Jipmer — payment issue in filling form

Respected sir,
I have applied for jipmer 2019 entrance examination. I filled all the details for registration and had made the payment. I have received the message from the bank that amount has been deducted, but in application form it's still showing that "you have not done payment yet". But i didn't get any acknowledgement/application form from jipmer.
So when i logged in again it said that my fee is not paid and i have to fill my application again.. So help me by refunding a sum of rupees 1500/rs inr so that i can register for the exam as soon as possible.
