Jipmer — payment not acknowledged

I had filled the jipmer entrance exam 2018 form for mbbs. But when i did the payment from iob bank through net banking on 26-03-18. Money has been deducted from my bank account but the form is showing incomplete and payment not done. I have the reference no. Of my payment. I want the acknowledgement for the amount of rs.3026 paid. Please look into it.
