Jipmer — refund of my application form amount

Sir i applied for jipmer msc exam on 20th may and paid the amount of irs 1500 application fees.
The fee had been deduced from account but it is showing unsuccessful on application form.
Kindly make my payment or refund my money as soon as possible.
