Dear sir, Please resend user id & password which was allotted at the time of registration online. As i have forgotten user id as well as password unfortunately. Kindly send the same a day before date of examination i. E (Dt. Of examination 02.05.2019) through my mobile number and email address given under here which will enable to get admit card. The computer allotted to me in jipmer online entrance exam so I didn't get appropriate time to solve the paper

Dear Sir,
As I have applied for JIPMER MBBS Examination held in the month of June-2019.When I applied for the examination in the month of February, as my provided details was incorrect my application was rejected.But my Exam fare was not still refunded . I humbly request you to refund my examination fare as early as possible .
