To whomever it is concerned, my calls are getting dropped by the customer executive when I am calling on your contact number i.e. +91 [protected].
I got my medicines today and have called 4 times and each time I was told that I will be contacted by the doctor within 1-2 hrs but received none. This is a complete case of negligence and should be investigated. Now my one day is wasted as I was told only to take medicines after taking a call with the doctor. Last when I called and asked the procedure to lodge a complaint, the customer care executive just directly hanged my call. Please take action against the customer care executive.
The timestamp I called when the executive misbehaved is 8:09 pm IST. 12/07/2021
Please resolve this and let me know you're doing the needful.
