An amount of ₹7050 was paid to Jiva Ayurved on 30 Oct 2024 through link sent by them towards a package of treatment medicine
However due to denial of Invoice by them the order was cancelled by me on 3 Oct 2024 itself
Now despite lapse of more than a month the amount has not been refunded back
Moreover no response to repeated calls and reminders is being given by their executives too...

Treatment was taken for kidney stones. But results are opposite. Stones increased in kidney.

According to doctor and my discuss problem to resolve my problem than start medicine, but not effective medicine after one month so, use less

This is in Regard that, My Mother Indulata Srivastava (Mob: [protected]) was getting Treatment since last three years, but on 25 Jan'23 she got expired. so medicine which was seal packed i have handover to Mr deep In dlf Clinic faridabad on 15 Feb which total amount was Rs 2044 /-

now 10 days & above but there is no refund process from your end i am sending reminder on mail also but no response.

kindly process refund on priority basis.

I had lypoma with different different sizes . Initially Doc told me In a month I will see some changes in my body. They sent medical kit of around 3k for a month. But after 4 month continuous buying the product I felt cheated because I dnt see 0.1% of changes in my body.
They are doing scam in high level....

I purchased medicines worth about Rs. 3000 prescribed by Jiva Ayurvedic Doctor but were most ineffective.
Whereas, Dr Pratap Chouhan claims the best is fake . Jiva should take back remaining medicines & return my money.

I seen advertisement and visited clinic found sell of overcost medicine by advertisement this treatment can not be for indian co need to advertisement in rich country to earn more mony and profit its is reqest to add real cost of consalting fees and one churn and some tabs cost for 2250/per moth plus no time fram even year to year whether patient can spent lot of money is not good i know you will not reply to this who will go for aurved it is profitable bussiness but show on advertisement tab plus churn packs cost 2250

I have nose block, got treatment in ur jiva Thane clinic, i have almost paid 2000rs for 15 day medicine, and it seems like waste for me, i issues become worse and you doctors even not supporting and not telling what to do, i got sever nose block now.. waste Ayurvedic center not gonna recommend anyone... Thnx for wasting my time and money JIVA the waste..

I'm Nitesh Sharma from Samastipur. Recent on 27 sept i visited veda ayurveda at raja bazar, patna for my mother. There we consult to dr. Vinaya kumar present that day. He is a nice doctor and prescribed some medicine. And the staff present there assured me they we can call there and ask for any problem regarding this medicine. Today on 2 Oct i called 5-7 times at the clinic but they didn't connect me to the doctor. My mother spending sleepless nights after consuming the medicines. Her problems are ok but i want to consult to the doctor regarding her sleeplessness. I'm so much disappointed with the staff present at raja bazar patna clinic. Please take action against their carelessness.

I order medicine from jiva Ayurveda of 3640 rupees but I get invoice of 3267 my concern is either I get wrong medicine or they take higher amount. I am calling customer service since last 4 days but no resulting given .

We contacted them while watching their advertisement on TV.

I have taken their medicines for a month, and discovered that they are putting steroids in their medicines.

Then, I went to them and asked to refund my money which is available in my cart, but they refused to refund it.

They are cheater they are not even refunding money which is in my cart. They have already deducted...

From last 3 Days i had tried to reach Jiva as i have to re order Medicine but these guys are not picking the call. Calls made to [protected] are routed to HR, Then to main gate but no one providing any response. Mobile no [protected] is never been answered. Is this way these guys are treating their patients

Jiva Ayurveda is a fraud company, online consultation with there dr done many times and also offline consultations with there managers and dr in Ghaziabad and Faridabad before making mind to start treatment for endometriosis, which there various doctors and managers assured that there is guaranteed treatment for that,

They told me to send ultrasound report which i promptly shared

I do not want to directly go to allopathic treatment so was searching for some treatment in alternative medicines, which jiva Ayurveda assured me that they have,

So after sharing ultrasound report there best doctor (according to them ) contacted me,

After sharing all my problems of not conceiving, they assured and guaranteed me that after taking there 100 % effective treatment i shall be treated in 3 months

There medicines are also expensive for which they were calling now and then 10 times a day to take there 3 months package,
I took that package aound 6000 rs cost

After taking there treatment for 3 months there dr told to continue treatment for 3 more months which shall give 100% guaranteed result which was endorsed by there customer relationship officers and various clinics in Ghaziabad and noida

So believing them and assured about there guaranteed treatment policy i took total 6 months treatment package

But to my surprise after 6 months of treatment when i consulted there dr and undergone another ultrasound scan, nothing was changed from my previous 6 months report, infact one cyst size increased from previous size

I reported this issue yo there best and super specialist dr also but in vein

Now nobody is responding, no calls from customer care, clinic managers,
To address my concern and refund my medicine amount

I want my full hard earned money back, what damage there medicines have done to my body, will update further after getting thoroughly checked from good hospital

Services are literally poor. Never had such a bad experience with any company. Call executives are rude. Doctors are not available for call 80% of the time. Medicines are not delivered for 4 or even 5 days, though they say to deliver it within 2 days. At last, their medicines are ineffective. I am eating 10 tablets a day, 4 tablespoons of churna, 20 ml of syrups everyday with lot of eating restrictions and even then, I haven't got 1% improvement. Jiva ayurveda is a trap. Every service provided by them is awful.

I want to complaint about bad behavior of staff members at badarpur faridabad centre. They do not treat patient and family members in a appropriate manner. I have face this issue while my treatment so I stopped taking now. But I am going to stop taking treatment for my mother as well. They do not take calls of patient if patient wants to talk to doctors regarding medicines if patient feels allergic or any type of guidance. They do not respond to calls and doctors do not talk or guide patients. I visited at the delhi centre of jiva they were more polite and respectful comparatively here.
I want to share my problems which I face at jiva if your team talks to me in a more clarified manner.
