Hello Sir/Ma'am,

This is in regards with our recent visit to Jiva Clinic based in Sector 21 C chandigarh regarding the premature Graying disease. We were highly unsatisfied with the type of service we received there. Doctors should be more polite and patient with listening to problems than shouting at them. Moreover, the cost of the medicines were unexceptionally high with wrong packing. Doctors should communicate well with their patients and not shouting.

We are afraid we won't use any of those medicines now as we don't trust your organization anymore and neither would recommend to anyone ever.

You people should have more hospitality skills and diagnose problem well before prescribing medicines and loot patients money.
