Jiva Ayurveda — Fake fraud medical treatment

I had lypoma with different different sizes . Initially Doc told me In a month I will see some changes in my body. They sent medical kit of around 3k for a month. But after 4 month continuous buying the product I felt cheated because I dnt see 0.1% of changes in my body.
They are doing scam in high level.
