I am taking jiva ayurvedic treatment since last 6 weeks, I changed the doctor in between, but their customer representatives are forcing me to take consultation with earlier doctor, thereby wasting my time and doctors time. If they can't arrange doctor as per customer satisfaction then how would customer trust them.
Since a week my medicines are over and these customer care executive s are continuously connecting me to earlier doctor though I plead with them so much that I don't want that doctor, but these executives are not bothered Was this information helpful? |
