Jiva Ayurveda — Non refund of amount

An amount of ₹7050 was paid to Jiva Ayurved on 30 Oct 2024 through link sent by them towards a package of treatment medicine
However due to denial of Invoice by them the order was cancelled by me on 3 Oct 2024 itself
Now despite lapse of more than a month the amount has not been refunded back
Moreover no response to repeated calls and reminders is being given by their executives too
