[Resolved] Jiva Ayurveda — treatment charges

I was charged rs 1000 as treatment charges at jiva clinic faridabad.in my bill. But ive never visited clinic. Only phone consultation was done with me and they charged me extra for courier and medicine besides rs 1000 as treatment charges. More than 1700 was charged for 15 days treatment. I was told doctor would call me after 10days but no one called.

Updated by Jshamsah I took medicine frm jiva of Rs 1700, but not even 1 percent improvement in my pain.it was the same as I had before starting the medicines. Also they changed my doctor without asking after I made complaint on this site for overcharging me.the medicines are very costly which they sent which they call it as prescription medicine.I think its not worth it.

I haven't yet got call from jiva customer service regarding my issue of been charged Rs 1000 as treatment charges besides 700 for medicine.

I did not get satisfactory response nor moneyback for wrongly charged fees.
Very very disappointed. Had not expected this from jiva.

I bought rs1800 medicine last month and to be honest it seems waste of time. My problems havent vanished in fact increased. I am not happy at all. I never should have trusted Jiva at all and wouldnt recommend to anyone. Itni sarri dawai tho dete ho ek bhi kam nahi kar raha hai ...very disappointed.
