[Resolved]  Jiva Ayurveda — unable to consume the products

Hi,

Me (Deepti bhatia, patient id:jdj022919) and my husband (Vineet bhatia, patient id:jdj022918) had visited janak puri clinic on 24.02.19 and was given medications for 1 month. My husband had tried eating your personalized medicine pack which he was so disgusting that he was unable to consume it further.

I have not yet opened my pack as i am sure i won't be able to take it. I have not consumed most of the items prescribed to me.

I would like to know is it possible that can we exchange all those items and take something else instead of those items.
