Jiva Ayurveda — Wrong treatment and misguide

It’s in regards to the complain that I have made on 23rd July 2015. A patient named Mr. Dinesh Juneja who is no more now. Due to wrong treatment at Jiva Ayurveda Gurgaon. The Doctor diagnosed him with Cervical but he did not have. They had given wrong medication and their Panchkarma treatment. After doing panchkarma when we complained to them they said it will take some time. But on the other day when we went to them they said go to a heart specialist and get a treatment. We want to know why the hell they are sitting here, JUST TO MAKE MONEY and to make fool of innocent people. Even after writing them we didn’t received any written reply from them, someone from their office once called and said we agree the treatment was wrong. But why should we keep calm without a justice. We want Consumer form to intervene so that we get justice and also other doesn’t get looted. Awaiting a sincere reply. Regards Sonal Juneja +91-[protected]

I have similar complain. I agree this is the fake and worst organisation who is making money by playing with peoples health. They wrongly treated my mother but we were lucky enough to catch everything at right time. the doctors are so irresponsible they are not less than demons. I am not sure how they got this degree and they are running this fake organisation. Also, these guys don't even change your medicine if you mistakenly get wrong medicine and in return try to harass you. And moreover they are so smart that they cross check your complain by giving fake calls which is from the center against which you have made the complain. Just pathetic. I need to file an complain against this act of JIva. I too need help from consumer forum now to get back all the losses I have made till now and have an inquiry against their center and doctors.

My name is Heena Ahuja from ahemdabad Gujarat and i am using your jeeva products since 3 years ago.

We are also visited your nearest clinic center at gatlodiya Ahemdabad and we start the course which is suggested by your Doctor.

When we start your jeeva products first 1-2 year its working good.

Still we are using your products but now last 3 -4 months product qualty was so poor its demage my hair also.

Now a days we are facing again issue which is hair fall.

We are not staticfy with your products in this day.

We need your help kindly help us and guide us how to do? How to stop hair fall problem.

Hi,
My name is Ravindra R. Shetty staying in Mumbai, Thane .

Just want to bring to your kind attention since 01 year I am taking a IBS treatment form your Mira Road JIVA Ayurveda branch and always it has been seen that, if ever I want to coordinate with the Doctor regarding our treatment and call them than the person positioned at the reception by name Shubham Pandey will hardly connect me to the doctor saying he is busy.
It has been seen after taking the treatment hardly any improvement is there. It was informed by the consulting doctor that it will be ok within 5/6 months but still the same issue. It was my first and last bad experience with Ayurveda and Ayurveda are know for its good medicines since ages. I will never recommend anyone. I think its the waste of money.
I even want to know why such staff have been deployed at your Centre with such attitude. It was informed to him today that I will further complain to your HO but he bluntly said ok. Still I am suffering from IBS as informed by doctor with least improvement. FYR, Screen shot of your center staff.
Requesting to look in to this matter and solve the same.
