Jiwaji University — Migration certificate not received even after 2 months

I have done LLB HONS course from jiwaji university and need to study further that's why I have applied for migration certificate and paid the fees online. After that I have send my last year mark sheet along with migration certificate application through speed post ..but i have not received anything and there is no progress on application as well. Kindly resolve the issue.
