Degree not received even after 9 months

I am Gauri Shankar and i have completed M.Sc. in biochemistry from Jiwaji University Gwalior, my session was 2008 to 2010. My enrollment number was S-08/13465 and my roll number was 804623.
I have applied successfully for degree on 24.09.2021 and pay fee ( for the same. After a long time i did not received any update from their end. I am here to raising a complain to get the degree as soon as possible. For details please refer attached...

Dear Sir/ Madam,
My name is DURGA MUKUND ROY and I have completed my graduation in BSc Biotechnology (session[protected] in 2016 from GICT college Gwalior which is affiliated by JIWAJI University.
Sir/Madam I have applied degree twice first offline and second online mode but I haven't received my degree and also no replied regarding my degree yet received.

        I have applied for Degrees on 11 Feb 2022 through online and personally approached to Jiwaji University Gwalior on 04 Mar 2022 and already submitted / handed over both of applications alongwith copy of concerned Marksheet at Counter No 05. I have also contacted on tele / Mob Nos i.e [protected] & [protected] on 11 Mar 2022 for further query, but there is NO positive response received from respective office / person. Please intimate the present position / status of the Degrees. Subject Degrees is urgently required for produce in Government Department for perusal.

              Refund regarding admission cancel

              I have visited jiwaji university 3 times because till the date i didn't got my refund amount of admission cancell in B. Com (hons) which i have applied in November.

              I even wrote an email to jiwaji university but got no response from them.

                            I have submitted my migration certificate of another University into Jiwaji University and after couple of days I have cancelled my admission and the enrollment process is not started so I dont have any enrollment number. But yet they don't want to return my migration certificate.
