Jk Tyre & Industries — jk tyre fraud by the dealer

Hello, I bought tyre from JK about 3 months back and the tyre bursted out. Later i went to change the tyre at a store named Shree Ram Tyre and Sales ( F-8, Agrawal Market, near Lasudiya police station, Devas road, indore, madhyapradesh) mob number - [protected]
He took my number and informed that each and every detail will be messaged on my number and after 15 days no reply was recorded on my phone. On 16th day the shop owner calls me and says my claim has been rejected. When i asked why there was no message from jk tyre on my phone he replied that he gave his number. When i asked him for the messages he said he is not having any messages. I dont know what he and jk tyres have done with the tyre and no report has been provided. Please help!
