Jk Tyre & Industries — replacement service of jk tyres is pathetic.

Hello team...
I am forced to write... I am from pune.. And i had bought four jk tyres for my volkswagen vento.. From jk authorized dealer singal trading corp from kasardawadi area pune
Within 8 months of purchase this tyres, one evening on a drive to home from office i hear a sound from right side of car on plain road (No pot-holes at all to blame. Nor the air pressure was high as i my self check the air pressure..) and see that one tyres has a cut on side ways...
I went to jk dealer singal trading corp the same day and ask for replacement as the tyres are in warranty.. Which is 3 years..
Jk dealer singal trading corp informed me that affected tyre will be replaced in a week's time.. I wait for a week and followed up again.. The dealer tells me to wait for another week n again another weeks time.. I tried calling the jk authorities and answer i got was the replacement is done from dealership and consumer and communication is done only with dealers and company we don't know the details as it was summited to jk dealer singal trading corp... Now its been almost 1 months since i am trying to get my tyre replaced.
Jk customer care team. Please take this on urgent basis and help me in replacement of my tyre...
