From last month my mpay was suddenly stop working. when i approach the nearest branch of jkbank nunnar Ganderbal they told me to install new mpay delight we will deregister your previous mpay but im still facing the problem.day after day they told me the same thing go to home you will receive the sms regarding mpay deregister. please help me. Im not only having the problem all other account holders feeling the same.Either they tell us we have no internet banking in our branch Or network issue.. In other branches all is working quit and fine.. Now I want to change the Branch tell me the procedure.
