[Resolved] Jntu Kakinada — money debited for old but still in payment pending

I have paid original degree application fee in jntuk website online, it shows error in web page and money was debited, i asked sbi customer care they told money was sent to jntuk, but jntuk representative told they didn't receive fee till now my hall ticket number is 15L65A0220 and the transaction number is[protected] please take some action against this.
Please as a Reputed organization you shouldnt do this kindly resolve my issue.

Updated by Tamarapalli Sonia Please Help Me For this od payment dont Marked it as a resolved because it doesnt Resolved as a responsible website u didnt Like this.First You Have to take the action and then after conformation From me you Have to put Resoved. So please Don't Mark it as a resolved.

JNTU, Kakinada University collecting more fee to the reason of m.pharmacy project late fine fee from me. Actual fine amount is 67, 000rs but they are collecting 74, 3431rs whey they are collecting more money from me.

Payment issue in OD

Hi sir/Madam,

I had applied for original degree and had done the payment but it was still showing payment pending, but money was deducted from my bank account with UPI transaction id---P2011161300499078372428. But i am unable to proceed to next step and upload documents. The number provided for technical support is not responding. i am in urgent need of My OD please provide a solution.

I am also facing same problem now. Money was debited from my account and status still showing pending. Is your case resolved and how ?
