I had applied for original degree and had done the payment on 13 -December-2021, but it was still showing payment pending, but money was deducted from my bank account and when i tried to do the payment again there is a pop up message stating that payment was successfully done no need to do payment again. but i am unable to proceed to next step and upload documents. the number provided for technical support is not responding.So, please look into this issue and provide resolution as soon as possible.
The od application will stop on 18-December 2k21, so try to resolve this as early as possible

My name is Pudota Manohar Bala Chinnaiah.I applied for OD on 04/03/2020.I paid 2000 fee also.It is showing that all fields are completed.But transaction ID is missing in my application form.but in payments page it was showing that payment done .Please solve my issue as early as possible.Because i need my OD for indian navy interview purpose.

I completed payment for OD and amount was debited from my account to jntuk. when I open payment option again it shows to pay the money, but for my friends and everyone who paid it shows that "you already paid the amount so no need to pay" something like that except for me.
