I have completed MBA (15NQ1E0061) in 2017 and I am trying to apply for OD and trying to create a account in JNTU K Online services however i have encountered with an "HTTP ERROR" - This page is not working. I am trying this from last week and reached out to university & College the is studied but there is no response. I kindly requesting you to assist me on the same.

I am not able to login into the website and i am trying to use forgot password, it is also not working. They are not picking up the calls also for the mentioned numbers over the website...

Hi, This is Husnara, I’ve passed out from 2018 batch. I want to apply for od, but i forgot the registered password. I’m not able to reset password now as the page is showing 504 bad gateway error and I have tried multiple times but still the same. Due to this I am not able to check the eligibility or apply for od through online.Please help me with this.

I am Nabin. I forgot my password and when I am trying to log in it is showing as invalid credentials I can't even change my password it is showing my mail ID is invalid.
Forgot password option seems to display as "invalid email id, unable to retrieve the password by using forgot password"
Trying to register with another email id is also not working.

Please do the needful ASAP.

Sir,
I couldn't able to apply for my OD in jntuk portal since I have forget the password. To reset the password the site is not supporting due to some gate way time out error.
There is no response from the contact details which they have given in the site.
It is very needed to get my OD for the visa process.
Kindly make this issue solved as early as possible.

I have applied for OD in tatkal for the first time money got deducted and after sometime I received timeout error due to JNTUK site issue again I did a payment for 2nd time it was successful and I have contacted JNTUK for the reversal of first time payment they mentioned that within 20days I will receive the amount back to the source payment. It's been 40+ days but I haven't received the amount. Requesting you to please help me in getting back the amount.

For applying OD hav to login through it. by logging I forgot the password and I'm trying to change but it shows error.asap sort it out

I forgot my password then i clicked on forgot password button it is asking some details after entering details when we click on change password button it is showing server not available i'm trying from last couple of days but showing same issue . My Reg no is 15KN1A04A7. On April 18 th i have applied for the OD in JNTU KAKINADA and i need it very urgently. When i enquired in the collage they said with some proof we provide soft copy of the original degree in 10 days. 25 days passed still didn't get any response from them. I tried calling so many times no response from them and sometimes the call was busy all the time. Can you please help me with this. I have got H1B visa. In order to proceed I need OD. Please help me

I applied for my original degree on December 31st and had been checking and keeping up with pending application IDs in the portal for about 5 months now; my reg ID was never added to the PENDING OD's list, thankfully. But when checking in for the status update, it just shows not printed.

My reg ID is 188W1A0153, and I need my original degree as soon as possible for visa purposes.

OD payment done long back but certificate not received.

I applied for original degree in jntuk online services portal and also paid amount of 3000. but i didnot get my original degree. Even i could not see my application in pending OD list. I dont see the application status also . My hall ticket no is 12341A04B5. The page is also not responding if i try to check my application status. Please do the needful asap because i have applied in dec 2022. But by then there is no response from the team.

Hi, I'm Lokesh I'm unable to reset my jntuk login password

I have completed my graduation from MVGR college of engineering which is affiliated to JNTU Kakinada in 2020.

I applied for OD in online portal and accepted on 2022 November.

Still now I didn't get my OD and i didn't get any response from examination department when I reached through landline number.

So, i went to college directly at examination cell. They told me to pay 1500rs excluding payment done online and need to have approved by VC of JNTU Kakinada.

I have already made a payment of 2000Rs online for my OD, still I didn't get my OD delivered to home.

I used SB Collect to pay my college Tatkal PC fees of 3017.70 /- to Jntuk exams on 14/02/2023 through Internet banking ( ICICI ) and the money was debited from my account but the sb collect payment history is showing Status-PENDING and Transaction Description- RESPONSE PENDING FROM NETWORK. Kindly look into this matter as I need my fee receipt for getting signature from my college principal to go and collect pc from JNTUK. MY REFERENCE NUMBER IS- DUK5301391. My Bank transactio id : BIL/ONL/[protected]/State Bank/SBCOLLECT_YICI1/SC.
