Jntu Kakinada — Not able to apply for OD and having login issue

Hi

I am facing an issue while trying to apply for the Original degree(OD)

I am not able to reset password and system is saying invalid credentials

and If I am trying with another email ID system is throwing Hallticket number is already registered

Please help me as soon as possible

As this is my urgent request.Please help me as soon as possible.
